In the game Sapiens, you play as Enoch, a modern archaeologist trapped in the foggy forests of Appalachia. When your car is blocked by a fallen tree, you discover an old cabin and ancient secrets about the Neanderthals. An unfinished ritual has awakened their restless spirits—seeking salvation, but instead bringing a curse.
